Thats great turn your definite intelligence over to the FBI and CIA! Because I can guarantee you that nobody is sure what Al Quada has. We have an intelligence community that is so dependent on communications intercepts that if the enemy doesn't use high tech communication methods, they know nothing. In this environment of a blind intelligence community which will take 7 to 10 years to fix, maybe more, guess what, no choice but to errrr on the side of National Security caution, because if you don't err that way, New York and Washington could look like a couple of fender benders on the highway.
