Now, now. Things aren't always so black and white. The British still stand by their report, which is what Bush cited.

If the Administration made a mistake about the 16 words, it was to back down too quickly without further discussion and explanation. Now they're standing up to the fact that it wasn't the misrepresentation that the dems claimed it was.
