No, he has done the country a lot of harm. He has taken all the post 9-11 good will, made us the least popular nation on earth and basically bummed everyone out around the planet. Plus he's given is a 1.5 trillion debt and cost us 3.5 million jobs. and he's the most divisive partisan president in history. Anything but a uniter. Out with the bums in 2004.
