I sincerely doubt it was a Davis trick, and I'm guessing, though don't know for certain that since her friend lives in SF, that friend probably is a Dem. Though I buck the trend of family and friends AND my boyfriend, I still manage to "get along" in spite of political differences.
And, as I told my republican sister, it's not dems against reps, it's Americans against a corrupt WH. IMO
