The whole middle east, Israel, 9-11 thing is/was unecessary imho. OBL was only peed off at the USA because of the presence of fighter jets on Arabian soil. The fighter jets were only there because Saddam got completely out of hand. Israel and the Arab countries can get along tomorrow if they decide to make peace. A big problem though is education of the Palistinians who are taught only violent solutions, and certain religious whacko Israelis who need to be contained. Yes I know there are elements of the Muslim Arabs that are whacko too, and some of them have lots of money. Syria could have been part of the solution instead of part of the problem, and now they have some real problems. Not to say we don't too. This is about oil, and the supply of it. That gives the war justice, not the other way about. If you need gas to drive your car, you are part of the problem too. So am I... as is everyone in the Western world.
