"11. Plaintiff has relied on false information provided to it by a former SEC convicted felon, and a barred Securities attorney in New York, in making its determinations to investigate Defendant and Quintek Technologies, Inc. Plaintiff further relied on information provided by hired “plants” and “spies” who provided hearsay evidence and who monitor bulletin boards on the internet in direct violation of the Privacy Act and Domestic Intelligence Gathering Laws."

Now that was an interesting post, Taki...!!!

It will be interesting to see if the information/claims regarding the naked short selling and the SEC's and Congress's/DOJ's failure to enforce and/or fully prosecute/fine the MFMMMs and other violators will shake up some of the "..good-ol'-duds.." in Dizzy City and on the Street.

Thanks for the info, the outcome will be interesting to watch. Especially when the identity of the SEC felon and the NY attorney are finally disclosed.

Regards,

John :-)

ps: It will probably simmer until the 2008 elections, but eventually it will be nice to know "...the rest of the story..." about Hillary's unusually profitable insider commodities trades during the reign of America's first "Non-President", also.
