Mlnm #1 strike, by the way the CAB-2 always the hopeful one, not the halted one. It is a tough case anyway.

The adventure cost xoma $6M, not bad, they could have done a whole bpi acne phase I/II and III with that money.

$6M so far, they got out of $20 millions, they still pending another $20 millions for mlnm coffers.

It is so nice that they make it look like mlnm is the one paying, but the Rap future profits are the payers aka the sharenothings.

No wonder the stock does not move, I could understand Dna asking for their money, but mlnm!!!

They could advance ING-1 for that money (maybe, it tells the story of how much they love their pipeline).

Sad...sad...sad !!!

They could buy some small private biotech with that money, or they could just use it for the annual report to decrease opperating losses.

Or they could talk to Biogen, MDCO got Angiomax, look at Tanox with nice Hiv drug, Dna is fishing in their lymph B technology, plenty more at Biogen, even better Biogen/Idec!!!

They could talk to Serono for candidates!
