His oil plans? HIS oil plans? Of course the disclaimer needs to be repeated every so often. None of these plans come from Junior George personally. That boy can barely find his way around a pretzel without injuring himself. The plans come from Cheney as explained to Bush by Condaleeza Rice and reenforced by the yelling and screaming of Karl Rove. Bush is just the front man, picked by Cheney because he is greatful for attention, flattery, and money all of which Cheney and the neocons supply in near endless, borrowed quantities. His oil, is just shorthand for their oil and loot. TP
