Right. I think the criticisms were trying to expose unjust harm. In some cases (the solon concocted reversion) it was more of the unkind type.

That may be, however the claims (some of them pretty extreme) of harm that could be caused by a mojo scenario were never born out in the discussion, as having any qualitative substance.
