That's not true. Carter succeded in sponsoring a landmark agreement and Clinton came very close to another. Your president is afraid of failure he is not willing to try?

Previous president (Clinoton) went as far as one can go with Arafat, and Arafat didn't come through. Bush tried to bypass Arafat, but Arafat is still there pulling strings.

The thing with Camp David is that you had Sadat in place, agreements with Jordan were done because you had King Hussein and his son. But with Arafat and Syrian president Assad (?), you nothing is possible.

The same with Soviet Union. It was not until the crazies on their side were replaced that we could deal with them. I don't think the problem was with Roosevelt, Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter.
