I offered you a long treatise on harm specifically related to the mojo scenario in which the view point was that there is no harm Go back and read the posts on that which by your admission you apparently skipped over. Such as the question whether any harm is done if a developer advertises a housing development as "no blacks, jews, or Catholics" when there are other places these folks can buy homes, so the restriction does not prevent them from finding places to live. Or maybe you feel there is no harm in that latter situation, either?
