Okay, we have a couple of situations involving students and teachers..what do you think?
# 1...a student is hiking in a remote area

Student is lost in remote area and is never seen again. Society has been improved greatly.

# 2....Two junior high students build a web site at home, and puts in derogatory remarks about black, other students,

Students are assigned phy-ed with the other students and black students. Teacher is called away for 15 minutes. Problem solved.

How did I do:)

Ok, #1, First off, parents should whip his ass. There's no call for that kinda stuff. He needs to learn some manners and some respect. He shouldn't be suspended because it didn't happen on school grounds or at a school sponsored function, maybe he should get placed in charm school for a couple of months.

#2, I'd say it's a police matter. I don't think the school has a right to suspend a student for something that happened anywhere outside the school's jurisdiction and last time I looked, they didn't have any jurisdiction over private homes.
