And I replied with a question whether you would similarly say that laws prohibiting gender discrimination by businesses would close out the Mojo scenario for you. If they would, your answer can stand. If not, it can't.

Except, suppose both Mojo and Devo move to a country where the discrimination spoken of is not illegal, so you have to address the issues head on, and can't duck out by citing statutes. What's your answer then?
