PB, I miss those days. A trip to the movies was an all-day outing. You'd get at least one cartoon. Then Newsreel (boring for a kid). Then a serial. Then previews. Then the B feature. Then the A feature. (You Brits even got The Queen, which I found odd, but interesting). Unless it was a cheesy drive-in, where you could get 3 or even 4 monster movies in one night. By the time I was old enough to take girls to the drive-in, it was just a cartoon, previews and a flick. I blame that shortening of the evening for all my problems with premature...whoops, problems, what problems? <G>
