That is not in the spirit of the hypothetical, which is to clarify issues surrounding freedom of conscience. By the way, who said that massage therapists were required to provide services on a non- discriminatory basis? And if that were so, would that mean, automatically, that the law was right. And even if the law were right, does that mean that it would do public harm to carve out exemptions? Freedom doesn't mean much if we do not wrestle with such questions. Saying "get another job" is a cop out for trying to determine how to adjudicate individual freedom with state actions......
