Not one serious candidate for an NFL head coaching job. I'm sure they could have lined up someone with dark skin to come in for the interview but why set up such a sham? Because its the law. Its not the law its an NFL rule and one that is rather senseless to apply to this situation. Quotas are a small part of AA. Perhaps but they (and preferences that don't directly involve quotas) are what the AA debate is about. Few people would oppose making an effort to reach out to disadvantaged minorities and such efforts are not under attack. When you defend AA you are defending what is under attack, quotas and preferences. Tim
