And yet, my proposed solution left the increase in K-12 school administrators intact. Even if you leave them there, you still find almost 35,000 extra bodies, despite the fact that Davis was a careful and prudent governor who had already begun to cut expenses to the bone, depriving the public of "vital" services.

Excuse me while I go refresh my memory on the meaning of the word "parasite".
