Certainly not. I simply meant, and perhaps I didn't say it clearly enough, is that the issue of that budget is, no doubt, so politicized the only kind of audit that's likely to have widespread credibility is one that seems to come from outside the political establishment. I don't see how one done by Jeb Bush's budget person meets that criteria.
