If you can't deal WITH Arafat, you deal around him. Which is what Bush did, which ultimately, will bring peace to the Palestinians.

Arafat is still pulling the strings, which makes negotiated settlement unreachable. Clinton and Barak bent over backwards, and it still was not enough for Arafat.
