I am neither backing out nor stalling. Your post to which I am responding has nothing to do with the first agreement, but rather an unsuccessful and unacceptable attempt by you to make a second agreement to negate your first agreement and get your money back. I did not, and do not agree. Please contact me by PM to make arrangements for payment of the money you owe me.
