Hi GE,

I by no means know what hasn't been thought of.The long term approach is getting representation on the board.

That is the slow methodical way - Orcl has the money to get it done.

If they overcome antitrust,it will be inevitable and them pressure mounts on management to deal in good faith.

To not deal in good faith will make business tentative and not maximize profits.

This pressure will mount.

In between sell puts hope it takes a year.

The worst that will happen is Antitrust calls it illegal and the stock pops up.
