The letter had cause. It was not delivered to the public, but to IMA Res. personally and confidentiality. It asked a question. It did not constitute a material change, but was a material fact. IMA chose to reveal it, as it could have been a suit if they didn't. AQI had no responsibility to the IMA financing one iota. It has to be seen to be wilful and frivolous for it to be mischievious. Obviously it has a prima facie basis so this would be hard to prove.
