this report has not given enough credit to both economic and political reform which has been going on for the last 2+ decades, and it reads too much into what has been going on now. What the CPC is doing now is just a continuation what it has been doing for the last 2+ decades, nothing more and nothing less. One thing for sure is that it is NOT going to change into multi-party system because that is NOT suitable for China, at least not now, not for the next 10 years to say the least.
