I don't think we get a market top till 2004. Bush has to ensure that the market stays up to help his reelection chances. Anindo

I've got one for you... AZPN Business seems to be picking up, they are giving software away relative to the internet companies that this market serves. I still think software has structural problems but there has to be some gains in here. EDA stocks like LAVA are experiencing real demand now. The problem is the leader SNPS has had such a run.
