They need to buy 2 billion cyberphones. The royalties and ASIC purchases will be $30 billion. That's not a lot, but it'll help cut their stack of cash. Then they'll want BREW, which will be more. They'll want Iridigm screens.

They can spend $500 billion pretty easily on building 3G cyberspace and supplying cyberphones.

A Japanese guy I know was in charge of a production facility in China which they moved back to Japan to save money. There is more to life than low wages.
