I know they have been reprocessing the rods.

If you know this as a fact you are way ahead of our security services. Our own CIA claims they are in the process of reprocessing, but these are the same people you discredit in Iraq.

They have an incentive to claim they have them even if they do not -- as a deterrent.

Precisely the same incentive Saddam had in claiming he had various types of WMD. Lesson - be careful about bluffing :-)

Who tells you that this is so? How is that source superior to the sources that said that Iraq had WMDs?
