So you're telling me those little insurance statements that say what was billed and what was paid are not correct? The insurance company lied to me and my PT didn't get what they said? Oh that poor fellow perhaps he should have known the insurance company was paying with play money. I will show you what the insurance company paid, wanna bet it was more than double the 65 bucks? You didn't answer my health insurance premiums question. You're obfuscating and you know it by trying to turn this into a workers comp claim(which I never said, btw) I'm not going to go any further than the insurance billing issues but you know damn good and well I'm just scratching the surface.
