I don't think that Clinton had the power to bury anything. I think that the charges of rape, if they have merit, would have gone to court. And they should if there is evidence.

The pardons is a place where he had, and abused his power. It's another topic all together. It's unrelated to the rape charges. This is kinda like saying that since bin Laden attacked the US, that killing the neighbor Saddam will solve the problem. There's no relation.
