I listen to Rush often, and I don't believe he's ever been a big drug warrior, but he has made statements opposing legalization. Except for cracks about "long haired maggot infested dope smoking FM types", I think he's been fairly neutral. If Rush has lacked one quality over the years, it's been a sense of humility. I think this ordeal may give him a dose of that. My heart goes out to him, I hope he beats this thing. They say drugs like Oxycotin are tougher to kick than heroin.
