If he were sued, it would depend on what basis and what was being requested. I think it's precipitous to assume that he would have to give up his livelihood. Perhaps some woman just wanted cash for her pain and suffering. Mojo could pay up and go back to business as usual, hoping he could go another eight or however many years without being sued again. That might be an acceptable cost of doing business. Or it may be that the lawsuit focused on some particular aspect of his business practice that he could correct, like merging his business with cousin Myrna's rather than offending someone with a referral. The penalty should be proportionate to the offence.
