If she soaps customers, then she has to soap all customers who come to her in the course of the business. Yes. Of course. She can't reject a customer solely on the basis of gender. If this isn't acceptable to her, she needs to be in a different line of work.

If she doesn't like it, she can complain to NOW that equal rights isn't all it's cracked up to be.
