Once every thousand posts or so, you actually get something right. What he's doing time for should not even be a crime in the first place. The Draconian drug laws in this country are abominations that should have no place in a so called free society.

Circumstances for prosecution are probably different. You prosecute people that get caught in the midst of an illegal act, i.e. selling something illegally. You don't send the paddy wagon to drug treatment centers and round people up. Do you see the difference. I didn't think so.
