Tommy Chong and Rush should band together. LEGALIZE IT. Since Holland legalized soft drugs their heroin addiction problems and teen drug use have both gone down. When it's not illegal it's not cool, dangerous and rebellious so the kids dont really care to buy it. Ironic fact. If addicts can smoke weed, they don't need harder stuff because it has a similar effect and mellows them out. Strict regulation and taxation are needed though.

It's time to take a look at laws on pain killer medication. They're too tough. I have had clients who really needed those drugs and couldn't get them because of pressure from the Feds on their doctors.
