I don't have a clue if Will-Shown Technology Company, Ltd actually exists, but this is the longest License Agreement with a non-entity I've ever seen if that is the case..... secinfo.com " Exhibit 10.07 LICENSE AGREEMENT between SunnComm, Inc. and Will-Shown Technology Company, Ltd. Hi Truth, Not sure about Will-Shown, but their Taiwan address is included in the SunnComm SEC filing, under exhibit 10.07... Additionally, Joe Shih (or Joseph Shih) is (apparently) an extremely common name. I found at least 5 (what I presume to be) different "Joe Shih's" in Google listings. There was even a reference to a Josephine Shih, who goes by the shorter "Joe Shih" on her Internet account. However, this Google "hit" is very possibly the same Joe Shih that is (or was) at Will-Shown. I make this educated guess because this company seems to be in the same area of technology as Will-Shown, but as always, there's no guarantees that this Joe Shih is the same Joe Shih you're interested in... Since this firm is in Florida, you might want to use your search resources in the Florida area... bgwinternational.com KJC
