That is BS about liberal judges. The 9th circuit is half reagan and Bush Sr. appointees. That's supposed to be the liberal judge. Separation of church and state is not a liberal issue, it's a fundamental American issue and it's necessary. The right-wing christians are a religious minority, but they are moud-mouthed, ruthless and determined to control our lives. Thank God we don't let them. Ironically, religious conservatives are just the opposite of what Jesis would want. They are intolerant, unforgiving and they back taking from the poor and giving to the rich, plus they throw in with polluters, racists and bigots. They never turn the other cheek. They are religious radicals and quite dangerous to our democracy if they ever seized power.
