Ah, we don't know that Clinton ever sexually harassed anyone, Michael. We do know he was charged, thanks to a well funded, well thought out right wing campaign. Go back and look at the source of the money for that effort and the places the lawyers came from. We also know the testimony that became public suggested it was a contested claim. And we know that Paula Jones would never have done anything about the issue had it not been for the assiduous cultivation of the right wing. As you may well recall, her immediate reactions to whatever went on were positive. I hardly see what Brodderick's political views have to do with the credibility or lack thereof of her story. It simply didn't pass the criteria for even the Starr people. What they tried to do with the material in the impeachment proceedings marked new lows for American jurisprudence. Well, it was one of several things they did that deserved such a judgment. As for the LATimes stuff, I'm certainly not arguing it was "the most important sexual harassment news event of the year." Hardly. You were trying to argue earlier that groping is not sexual harassment. Not true. Did Arnold grope. I thought he said as much. You don't. Fine end of conversation. No one's going to go to court on the basis of our thoughts/feelings. As for being politically motivated, if you think the stuff against Clinton was not politically motivated, you and I need to talk about which planet you are on. (g) I'm marking my terrible attempts at humor for you. Kathleen Wiley was a case that couldn't be made. Had enough? Do you have to pay long distance fees for your access to the Internet.
