I completely agree. Legalize and heavily regulate drug use. No public use, no driving, no corrupting minors, have to keep the drugs locked up, register all drug users, have to fill out a form and certify that you are a non-felon everytime you buy drugs, require a hefty tax on the purchase of large quantities of drugs...you get the idea..i'm all in favor of this.
