And yes, it is confusing. Actrade Ltd. gets some money (but much of its other assets are receivables (likely from Actrade Capital). If it wasn't actrade I would buy into the story that there is something left after all classes of creditors are paid in full (which contradicts the plan mentioning impaired classes ahead of equity). But, as it is actrade I just suspect another big scam,...

I see that the rise in ACRT trading price might have to do with the payment of a decent amount by the insurers by Sept 26 (and possibly some knowledge ahead of that event).
