The markets don't give us chances like this very often - and we usually have to survive major traumas to get to a point where we can make some outsized gains.

It's like playing 3 1/2 quarters of a tough football game, tying the score then deciding to bench yourself because you just can't get excited any more about how the game ends.

Some folks, I just don't understand.

Tucows is at a critical chart pricing point. This .35 to .40 is critical. Over the past year, it hasn't broken this area.

Trading at PE of 6, I think it will eventually break this area. Will it this time? Let's hope so. If it does, then TCOWS will pop up on a lot of radar screens.
