The key concept is that one does not need to state a belief in God or religion, but the belief which one seeks to protect must hold the same essential place in the life of the objector.

But it cannot be, as the case notes, essentially political, sociological, or philosophical views or a merely personal moral code.

So in order for Mojo's belief to rise to constitutional level, it has to be more than a personal moral code. Which so far is just what it seems to be.
