But is it fair to say that an aroused person might be having sexual thoughts? For example: "Oh, that feels so good! I wonder if he is a good lover!" Bear with me on this. I am only trying to establish whether the arousal can properly be viewed as sometimes including sexual fantasies and any imagination at all since these all involve thoughts. Trivial as certain items may appear to be, it is best to confirm agreement as we go along so that some unknown point of disagreement does not throw meaning into chaos.

You seem to express an awareness here that arousal commonly includes fantasy. I take it for granted that you are aware that fantasies involve thought. Still I will wait for a definitive confirmation that we have agreement on this point. I would not want to take too much for granted and thus accidentally transform your argument into something it is not. Thanks.
