Absolutely agree Japan has two sides. With the Nikkei under 15,000, I think the bull case is strong. Above 20,000 maybe the bear case wins.

Add in bridges to nowhere, yakuza, weird regulations to the negative side. LDP actually somewhat adaptive.

I did buy Japan about 4 years ago, then sold it about 14 months later for gainsw of 40%....
