Oops, my mistake. Yes, the law does apply to the RankAndFile, the foot soldiers and middle management. As a Republican whose father was not of the stature of George Bush Senior, you were expected to serve, and obey your commanding officer, and stay within the dotted lines, and observe the posted speed limits. Or else. But those rules don't apply to the long list I posted. For them, there are exemptions, pardons, special treatment, felonies overturned, excuses and rationalizations.
