Is it the third time he has had rehab for the same thing? I admit, I don't keep up on celebrity drug abuse. I'm for the decriminalization of everything, and I find drug arrests such a huge waste of human and monetary resources, I try to ignore them, and hope that some day our society becomes more utilitarian.

To quit, an addict needs to be motivated. Losing health, job, and/or spouse, are frequent motivators.

Theres 3 options : institutions, jail or death.

If none of these 3 are motivators, nothing else will be.
