Thanks Peter, The Plexus model isn't one that I've read about before.

Best regards, Tom

Hi Peter, In the Oct. 13 issue of Forbes (page 142) there's a half page article on JBL by Elizabeth MacDonald. She's very concerned with the rapid price rise, insider selling and internal "restructuring" benefits to bottom line right now. Her final statement is:

"Short the stock; Cover at $20"

Now, I'm not of that bend, but I have been selling into strength. The COB sold about 10% of his shares since the beginning of the year. I, on the other hand have unloaded over 28% of my peak holding since January 1st.

So, at least I've been selling in concert with the insiders, even though I didn't know it at the time. I have some nice cash now available to repurchase shares down where she's suggesting a "Cover."

Best regards, Tom
