Cheney is "Chicken Little" in Chief. He's everything in chief. When Cheney was spouting off about Iraqi ties to 9/11 on Meet the Press, Junior was forced to personally disavow the link. It doesn' stop Cheney even though any other vice president would have been replaced or muzzled. He even announces that he will remain on the "team" for reelection even though it would usually be a Presidential decision. Cheney openly flaunts the wimpish nature of the boy with the title President. TP
