I meant fresh non-pasturized cow milk with the fat (butter) at the top when refrigerated. OK, so you got me for not stating it quite clearly.

BTW, about the animal husbandry that ETLT does (presently with goats and sheep), I wonder if your dairy farm neighbor would go to that route of selective breeding? Just curious what the dairy farmers think of such technology. If the dairy farmers have super bulls, they can get get nice income from such type of breeding.

One time I met a dairy farmer in Pennsylvania and the specialization is breeding the bulls, for selective milk character. His bulls had price tag in the 30,000 to 100,000 price range. He was selling the bulls to Japan and several European countries.
