"Big lying, self-indulgent, hypocritical sissy."

Rush failed to live by a moral standard that he had held for others. I don't mean the drug use. I honestly think he was a dependant addict and have empathy for his suffering. I mean the corrupt way that he dealt with his struggle was a failure. Even that I can feel some sympathy for.

I see the same people defending Rush who had attacked Bill Clinton for failing to live up to a moral standard. I don't mean having affairs. I mean the way he dealt with his struggle.

I see the same people attacking Rush who defended Bill Clinton.

Rush's biggest crime is not the illegal drug use, or the hypocritical standards he has espoused for others; it is the way he attacked the clinton's far beyond the ethical issues of character and has cruelly gone after every minor flaw whether real or imagined. ... He displayed a mean disregard for what might be considered a reasonable empathy for human frailty. Does he deserve the same kind of treatment. ... I don't know but it kind of looks like tit for tat at this point.
