Sounds a bit wierd, but you can always go straight to paypal and logon (don't use the link in the email).

Do a search on google and post your question on computer learning or some other thread.. I vaguely recall something like this as being not legitimate..

I got it too and thought it smelled fishy. I copied it to Paypal and deleted it. Alll I got back from Paypal was a message from an autoresponder. The "Do not reply to this Email" was my first clue. Also, the hotlink didn't work.

Incidentally, of course the phone number listed in the whois info is fake, a real phone number belonging to a children org in CA and having nothing to do with the fake name provided. You can do reverse lookups on phone numbers at 411.com on the whitepages link.

The site is hosted by Yahoo, though obviously not knowingly.
