len, re:The rest of the world, and many Americans travel there inspite of the restrictions. All one need do if American is go to Canada or Mexico to fly to Cuba My mother was in Cuba last week. She will be stopping by this Thursday for my daughters birthday (twins). She wouldn't say anything on the phone other than it was not what she had expected. She owns a travel agency and has been just about everywhere in this world. She went their as some sort of humanitarian effort, I'll get more details and let you know what I here.
